Q: I prefer to prepare my own meals in my apartment. Do I pay for a food plan even though I can make my own?

A: In Windsor Court, we require require you to have at least one meal in our dining room, which is included in your monthly rent.

Q: Can I decorate my apartment with my own furnishings and accessories?

A: You can definitely decorate as you wish with personal items. Our maintenance staff is looking forward to helping you hang some of your favorite memories on your walls and arrange your furniture for you.

Q: Can you explain how home health service work if I need to get extra help in my apartment?

A: In Windsor Court our residents are able to use both Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies as well as Non Medical Home Health Agencies. It’s easy to get these services set up and we’ll help you with either our in-house agency or one your prefer. Give us a call to discuss any home health needs further.
