This opportunity is for someone who is considering making Cottingham their home in Independent Living. Come in and experience Cottingham’s Independent Living lifestyle firsthand. Stay in a furnished Independent Living guest suite for up to 4 days between Monday and Friday. Eat in our Fireside Restaurant and our Café. Pick and choose some or all of the Activities that are going on during your stay. Meet our residents and talk to them about Cottingham’s lifestyle. See for yourself what we are all about. (With approved History & Physical, Application, and Short Term Stay Agreement – Some services not available for a Short Term Stay)

• $100 per month for reminders two times per day
• $145 per month for reminders three times per day
This is a reminder only. An aide will go to the resident’s apartment and provide a verbal reminder to take a medication. The aide will not handle the medication, nor administer the medication to the resident.
(for any injectable outside of diabetic care)
Level I: This resident would need an injection once per month only. The cost is $15 per month
Level II: This resident would need an Injection once per week only. The cost is $60 per month
$200 per month for assistance with a shower two times per week.
Additional showers are $35/per shower.
$125 per month for help putting on Ted hose, compression stockings, or socks and shoes daily.
$60 per month to change bed linens once per week.
Resident must supply clean linens; laundry is not included with this service.
$60/month or $15/week – for one large load of laundry per week. Picked up, laundered, folded, and delivered.
